Shipping and delivery conditions<\/h1>\n

Your order will be processed immediately and delivered to you after payment according to the following conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The shipping costs will be charged to you in addition to the value of goods invoiced<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  • We do not deliver to packing stations. Packages that are to be delivered to a packing station, may have a maximum size of 75 x 60 x 40 cm according to DHL . The shipping packaging of the REMSTIM 4000 measures 100 cm over the longest edge. A delivery to a packing station is therefore not possible.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • In case of payment with Paypal,<\/span><\/span> the delivery address must be necessarily identical to the address that ist provided by the payer\u00b4s PayPal account.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Orders that do not fulfill the above-mentioned conditions will not be performed and will be canceled.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Transfer of risk: For consumers the legal regulations apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Please contact us immediatly, if the delivery should be delivered incomplete or damaged. A visible damage to the carton please complain immediately upon delivery to the shipping company. Please have them confirm your complaint in writing.<\/span><\/p>\n

    We ship the REMSTIM 4000 safely packaged<\/span><\/span>, so that damage can be largely avoided. However if the REMSTIM 4000 has been damaged in transit, please return the REMSTIM 4000 completely with all parts, manual and the original outer packaging, as well as confirmation of the complaint by DHL immediately. You will quickly receive new goods after we have recieved the damaged item.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
